Do I need to download an app?

Yes — download the Metrix app to get started. Your coach sets up your programs, meal plans, and recruiting targets through the app. You'll receive links to access your content on any device.
How do text commands work?

With an active subscription, you can text keywords like "Workout", "Nutrition", or "Recruiting" to the Metrix number and receive a personalized link back instantly.
Can I cancel anytime?
